Reflective Thinkings Consulting Engineers (PTY) LTD is a newly formed and wholly PDI owned firm
of young and dynamic professional engineers founded in 2009 as a proprietary limited company. The founder of the company Mr. Malusi Gumede holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Project Management Diploma.
The founder brings a wealth of experience that exposed him in the Civil Engineering Industry for over 15years. The company is aimed at the developmental impact approach in the implementation of projects through application of new technologies and empowering human development focusing on eradication of poverty, local employment and the development of local contractors thereby playing a significant role in the alleviation of poverty and unemployment.
Our Objectives
- To contribute positively to the holistic development of the South African community by providing appropriate services in a professional and diligent manner.
- To enhance access and support for initiatives aimed at black economic empowerment/ gender equality/ development, through training and skills transformation.
- To actively involve the willing recipients of our services in the planning and implementation of projects, thereby building their capacity to manage, operate and maintain the same
- To ensure a safe working environment complying with the occupational healthy and safety regulations.
